In the fourth Fireside Chat, Codurance co-founders Sandro Mancuso and Mashooq Badar and Spain Managing Director José E. Rodríguez Huerta talk about the culture of learning and how they perceive it and see it in different organisations. What is Culture of Learning? How individuals or companies can create a culture of learning? What are the benefits for individuals and companies? Should companies support any kind of learning? Should individuals limit their learning to the company needs? What about personal responsibility and career ownership? What are the impediments to a culture of learning? Those are just some ideas discussed during this episode.
