What is the role of a team lead? Are they needed in an Agile environment? Are they at odds with self-organising teams? What are the advantages and disadvantages of having a team lead? Can we nurture team leads? Is this a natural progression for developers? Those are just some of the topics we covered in another great Fireside Chat.

The idea of the Fireside chat series is to record informal conversations between the three regular hosts. Topics are normally decided just before we start recording. Our objective is to have spontaneous conversations instead of something more structured or scripted.
